Exchange / Return Policy

Please refer to our Return/Exchange policies below:

  • We do not accept refunds.
  • Only defective item exchanges or size exchanges are accepted.
  • Defective item exchange and size exchange requests will only be processed if notified within seven (7) working days upon delivery.
  • For size exchange requests, customers are responsible for both the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee.
  • For defective item exchange, the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee are on us.
  • Please make sure that the item is in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached, and undamaged original packaging.
